Опис
Design and development of stamping, bending and cutting tools, with special focus on high-speed progressive dies.
Preparation of 2D and 3D technical documentation for manufacturing, assembly and validation.
Analysis of technical feasibility of parts, including material behavior and forming constraints.
Follow-up of tool manufacturing, assembly, try-out and industrialization, ensuring achievement of performance targets.
Lead and support tool debugging and troubleshooting during ramp-up and serial production.
Propose and implement technical improvements to increase tool lifetime, robustness, OEE and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers (design reviews, technical discussions, negotiations) and ensure alignment with specifications.
Coordinate with other ARaymond plants to share best practices and support industrialization projects.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and lessons learned.

Estudis / Studies: llicenciatura o enginyeria - industrial, llicenciatura o enginyeria - automàtica i electrònica industrial
Experiència 4 anys. Experience in design and development of stamping, bending and cutting tools.
Proven experience in high-speed stamping (progressive dies), including design, optimization and troubleshooting of high-cadence tooling.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal forming processes (stamping, bending, cutting) and material behavior.
Advanced proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, NX, VisiCAD or similar).
Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and tight tolerances in automotive environments.
Experience in tool design for fasteners or similar high-volume automotive components will be highly valued.
Experience in tool try-out, validation and industrialization, including on-site follow-up.
Strong experience in tool design optimization for cost, lifetime and performance (preventive approach).
English: mandatory – professional level.
Knowledge of automotive standards and quality requirements (IATF, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
Knowledge of OEM standards, especially VW and Ford requirements, will be highly valued.
